Wuxi Zool control Valves Co., Ltd. has developed the high pressure bypass valve service in a power center 4 × 450t/h CFB boiler and 3 × 100MW

extraction condensing steam turbine generator set for Sinopec Zhongke (Guangdong) Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. After the commissioning of one

set of ultra-high pressure bypass valve (temperature and pressure reducer) on April 3, 2023, the other four sets were successfully put into operation

during the overhaul of the entire plant in April 2024. This marks another perfect successful application case of Wuxi Zool's high-temperature and high-pressure

reducer, contributing to the localization process of high-end equipment valves in China.          

        The steam turbine bypass valve ensures stable pressure of ultra-high pressure steam and can be quickly opened in emergency situations such 

as turbine start-up or load shedding, protecting the turbine from normal operation and damage; At the same time, it is used to maintain the pressure balance 

of high and medium pressure steam in the downstream power pipeline network. When the pressure in the current steam pipeline network is insufficient, 

the bypass valve is opened to supplement the downstream steam volume.
